Rev. Nate Kibler has served as CCC’s Senior Minister since August 2018. He is passionate about seeing people become committed followers of Jesus who live out their faith with joy. He is a proud alum of Johnson University (B.A. Intercultural Studies and Bible) and Christian Theological Seminary (M.Div). Pastor Nate is married to his fantastic wife, Theresa, and a proud dad to Teagan and Miriam. He is an avid reader and lover of music and believes every morning should start with a good cup of coffee.
Jody was born in Wheeling, WV; grew up in eastern Ohio and graduated from Bridgeport HS; graduated from University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) with a degree in Music Education; taught music in middle & elementary schools; been an organist and choir director in 5 different churches since the age of 14; directed 24 musicals in schools, churches (including 13 here at CCC) and at The Center of the Arts in Midland, MI; taught piano, organ and voice since the age of 16, currently have 25 students at my home studio in Zionsville. I'm married to Ray Fatig, have 2 sons: Mark (1975-2014) and Brent (Brittan) and 3 grandsons: Garrett (14), Holden (11) and Warner (6).

Jacob Smith - Choir Director

Jacob directs the choir and bell choir! He loves being able to help lead our faithful volunteers to share their talents with all of us at CCC. He also loves working at CCC because it allows him to faithfully serve the community in a way that welcomes ALL and also allows for so many good laughs and memories to be made along the way. It also allows him to work together with a fantastic team that shares the common goal of bringing together meaningful worship as well as putting together ways to serve beyond the doors of our church. In his free time, he likes to travel with his wife Megan. Experiencing new places, hikes, and food is always one of their favorite ways to experience God's love for us.
Todd has served as CCC’s IT Director since 2020. He oversees all things tech related, from the office computers to the sanctuary soundboard and audio/visual equipment. Todd and his team work hard to ensure our worship services look and sound amazing both in house and online. In addition to serving as our IT Director, Todd and his wife, Teresa, lead our amazing praise band.
