Jody Fatig is our Music Director & Organist. She graduated from Bridgeport High School, in Bridgeport, OH and University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) w/ a Bachelor of Music Ed. degree. She started at age 14 playing for a DOC church in Wheeling, WV as an organist, taught piano lessons from 15 through high school. After graduating from CCM, taught general music grades Kindergarten - 6th grade at Hamilton Schools south of Columbus, OH, taught private piano, organ and voice lessons (had 51 students at one time!), and was Director of Music at Karl Road Christian Church (DOC) in Columbus, OH where she played the organ/piano, directed the adult choir, children's choir and started a teen choir.  They put on "Godspell" while she was there. She worked as the Director of Youth Ministry at the United Church of Christ in Midland, MI, was interim choir director and organist during some of our 10 yrs. in Michigan.  She also subbed in the Zionsville Schools when they first moved here 20 yrs. ago. She started here at CCC in May of 1993! She has been organist/pianist, musical, children's and teen choir director, and continues to teach private piano and voice lessons.
